Quick healthcheck of disk/power/etc based on the OpenIPMI command "ipmitool chassis status"

Plugin to check the health of misc chassis components of IPMI equiped Linux machines.  Such machines includes modern Dell servers, some HP servers and many thers.  This plugin simply checks for differences between a known good output of the "ipmitool chassis status" command with the current output.
